Mr. Ugiagbe Efosa Nosakhare is a Confidential Secretary in the Registrar’s Office, Registry Department, Edo University Iyamho, Edo State, Nigeria. He obtained his Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in Business Education (Secretarial option) in the year 2010 from the College of Education Ekiadolor, Ovia North East Local Government Area, Edo State. Prior to obtaining his Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), he had his Primary Education at Edaiken Primary School, Egor Local Government Area, Benin City, Edo State and got his Primary School Leaving Certificate in the year 2000. He further obtained his Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) in 2006 with relevant credits from Life Line Educational Centre, Egor Local Government Area, Benin City, Edo State.

As a Confidential Secretary in the Registrar’s Office, Mr. Ugiagbe is saddled with the responsibility of filing mails, correspondence, keeping records of confidential reports, files, receive visitors and callers, handle visitor and staff inquiries through the appropriate channels, distribute incoming and outgoing mails, operate office equipment such as photocopiers, phone systems and proficiency in Microsoft Word, database management, store and retrieve files for incoming and outgoing correspondence, make copies and distribution of correspondence and other required materials as well as any other assignment given to him by the Registrar.

Apart from being a Confidential Secretary, Mr. Ugiagbe is a member of the CEO’s of Movie Production in Nigeria and teaches Practical Theatre and Professional Movie Script Writing in three reputable movie academy in Nigeria. He has directed movies that promote student discipline in the school community and society in general. He is a good actor and master of script and has played several major roles and mimicked a wide range of characters in movies and stage plays. He has participated in seminars and workshop, worked in a number of organisations as Confidential Secretary and as a Teacher of the Law (Minister).
