Mrs. Roseline O. Shaibu is a pioneer staff of the Registry Department.  She joined Edo University Iyamho  March 2016 at its very inception.

She holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho, Oyo State.  She went to National Open University of Nigeria for her Master in Education (M.ED) in Educational Administration and Planning. She had Bachelor of Science “B.Sc” (Ed) Secretarial Education in Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State. She had Diploma in computer at Gaboth Computer School, Benin City, Edo State. She had (50 W.P.M) in Typewriting in Edo State Staff Training Center, Benin City, Edo State. She went to Afuze Technical College, Afuze, Edo State.  Mrs. Roseline O. Shaibu is a full member of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management, Nigeria.

Mrs. Roseline O. Shaibu is currently assisting the Registrar in the following duties: Arrangement/preparing for interviews and submitting drafts of the report for interview.  Function as Faculty Officer to Faculty of Science. Assisting in covering Senate meeting. Registrar’s Representative/Secretary to Senior Staff Disciplinary Committee for both Academic and Non-Academic Staff. Registrar’s Representative/Secretary to Senate Committee on Business and Investment. And any other assignment by the Registrar.  Mrs. Roseline O. Shaibu had served in several Committees.

Mrs. Roseline O. Shaibu had over 17 years work experience.  Before she joined Edo University Iyamho, she worked in Wellspring University, Benin City, Edo State, and she held the position of Assistant Registrar (AR) Human Resource Management/Admin were she head the Personnel Unit / Admin in the Registry Department of Wellspring University. She also served in several Committees. Mrs. Roseline O. Shaibu also worked in other companies:   Gulf Treasures Limited “Oil & Gas”, Apapa Lagos.  Jiyoda Engineering Nig Ltd “Electrical Power System Consulting Firm”, Victoria Island.   Hudson International Company Limited “Training and Management Consultants”, Benin City.   St. Philomena’s Catholic Hospital, Benin City. 

Mrs. Roseline O. Shaibu has a Journal publication on Recognition and Honours’ Award: A Motivational Incentive for Teachers’ Job Performance “Nigerian Journal of Educational Research (NIJER)   ,115-124”.  She has other research works unpublished.  Mrs. Roseline O. Shaibu have attended several conference and seminars.
