Anthony Omokhudu Ogette is a Master degree holder of the Faculty of Arts, Management & Social
Sciences, Edo University Iyamho, Edo State, Nigeria. He is a registered member of the Nigeria
Anthropological & Sociological Practitioners Association (NASA), American Sociological Association
(ASA) and the Human Capital Institute (HCI). He is currently undergoing a PhD programme in
Sociology at the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. His research area is presently on Perceived
Organizational Support and Employee Engagement among Resident Doctors in Nigeria. He obtained
a Master of Science (MSC) degree in Industrial Sociology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and a
Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sociology from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.

Anthony Ogette teaches Introduction to Sociology, Social Change, Social Psychology as well as
Introduction to Psychology. His research areas include Organizational Behaviour, Crisis Management
and Social Change.
He has gained valuable experience by attending several human capital management trainings in the
course of a flourishing career spanning over fifteen years. He is a goal-getter even in the face of
daunting challenges and under extremely difficult circumstances. He integrates into the classroom
environment a practical understanding of everyday societal functions and issues.
His philosophy of learning involves acquisition of knowledge based on sound reasoning and ethical
ideals that can bring about viable and positive change in the world.
