Mr Itse Umoru is a laboratory technologist at the department of biochemistry, faculty of science, Edo University Iyamho, Edo state of Nigeria. He is an HND Graduate of Chemistry/ Biochemistry from Federal Polytechnic Auchi, Edo State.

Umoru instructs and conducts laboratory practical for undergraduate students in Biochemistry and related fields such as Microbiology and Chemistry, because of his vast knowledge in sciences. His research area includes mass spectroscopy of Bio-molecules, Biomaterials and Agro base.

The bundles of skills and knowledge he acquired from seminars, work shop trainings has enhanced his efficacy in Bio-instrumentation, real time state of the art facilities and laboratory management. He has arrays of certificates to his credit from attendance of seminars, workshop trainings and administrative positions. He is an industrious technologist who has the ability to take on challenges.

His philosophy is setting pace that is relevant to meet.
