ANOKHAOYA, Osiokha Donatus is a System Analyst at the ICT Unit, Edo University Iyamho, Edo State, Nigeria. He is an M.Sc. graduate of Information Technology from the National Open University of Nigeria. He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate and a Graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). He had his Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science from the Auchi Polytechnic Auchi.

Anokhaoya Osiokha Donatus has gained valuable experiences in the Information Technology (IT) field, he has worked in the Network and Connectivity Department of Edo State Information Communication Technology Agency (ICTA), as a Network analyst and a Procurement officer at the Edo State Public Procurement Agency (EDPPA) and as an Instructor at Oseni Elamah ICT Institute, Auchi, Edo State.

As a System Analyst at Edo University Iyamho, he is  working closely with the Management on all IT related matters,analyzing the existing systems and liaising extensively with external and internal clients; translating clients’ requirements into highly specified project briefs; understanding software development lifecycle; mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy and new systems; conducting requirements analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems; working closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction; presenting proposals to management and clients; overseeing implementation of a new system and providing training for new users.

He has served in various Committees and achieved delegated assignments.
