Dr. (Mrs) Otsupius, Anthonia Ighiebemhe is a lecturer in the Faculty of Arts, Management and Social Sciences, (FAMASS) Edo University Iyamho, Edo State, Nigeria. She obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Strategic Management from Babcock University, Ilishan Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria, a Master of Science (MSc.) and Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University Ojo, Lagos State, Nigeria,  and National Diploma (Insurance) from Lagos State Polytechnic  Isolo, Lagos State, Nigeria. She has extensive experience in human capacity building and in management consultancy as a senior management development officer at the foremost management development institute in Nigeria; The Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON), team consultant for accurate solution limited and Reeneel’s Associates.

She has acquired high professional affiliations such as member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (IMCON), Nigerian Institute for Training & Development. (NITAD), Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (ISMN) and ASCONIAN, Administrative Staff College of Nigeria.

Her experience cuts across public and private organisation, an expert in capacity building and presentation, valuable experience at conferences and seminars, academic research, both local and international publications, an author of books,  general management, gender management issues, training contents development and delivery. Her published articles are in the area of General management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, training and development, education, gender issues and marketing. She integrates academics, learning and industries into one sustainable and developing platform within the classroom environment.
