Mr Joachim Aigboje is a Laboratory Scientist of the Department of Microbiology, Edo University, Iyamho, Edo state, Nigeria. He is a B.Sc. graduate in Applied Microbiology and Brewery of the Anambra State University of Technology (ASUTECH), Enugu, Anambra State of Nigeria.

Aigboje is an Applied Research Scientist in Microbiology, Biotechnology and Brewing Sciences, a cutting edge Bio-instrumentation and Technique of the Real time innovation for qualitative and quantitative analysis in medical microbiology  and biotechnology. He teaches an applied laboratorysciences. He works with Edo University academic research to conduct qualitative research with innovative methodology and pedagogy microteaching approach for Laboratory sciences.

Current Acquisitions of various Capacity building skills and techniques obtained from various Workshops, Seminars, Conferences and Colloquiums empower him to function effectively in Bio-instrumentation and moderntechniques, state-of-the-art nucleic acid biotechnology, genomics, phonemics, protein assay, Analytical and Quality Control.Have participated in Public healthnational immunisation Program and CommunityHIV/AIDS mitigation and prevalence rate reduction forProgram management, Supervision. Monitoring and Evaluation, Quality control and Quality Assurances. He is anapplied researchscientist with special focuson Laboratoryanalysis,in Nano and IndustrialMicrobiology and in Brewing sciences of current innovations.

His potential of leaning as an applied scientific research is gear toward, resolving stress, solving problem, reduce burden and ground breaking innovations within the borders of social, health, historic, and intellectual impartations.
